Return & Refund Policy

At N Designs, every product goes through careful quality checks before dispatch. We aim to deliver exactly what you expect. However, if there is an issue from our end, we are here to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure fairness and maintain product quality standards.

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product has been delivered from our side

To request a return, you must contact us within 24-48hrs of delivery with clear details and, if required, supporting images of the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If you did not like the product or color
  • If an incorrect size was ordered by the customer
  • If the product has been used, worn, or washed
  • If original tags or packaging are missing or damaged

These conditions are strictly followed to maintain product hygiene and quality.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
For eligible cases, the return shipment will be arranged or covered by N Designs.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • The refund will be completed within 3–5 business days after approval

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
  • We reserve the right to verify all claims before approving a return
